Traditional Treasures is a small home based business so I am limited as to the policies I can offer you.

Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the item(s)    I have found shipping by the postal outlet has worked better for me.  I ship airmail and parcels have gotten to the east coast of the usa in approximately 7 days.   Cost will depend on the size of package and way of shipping.  To ship a doll to New York costs about $25 canadian and that includes $500 insurance.

Payment is required before an order can be filled.  In the case of a one of a kind item, the item can be held for 2 weeks till the payment arrives.  Payment can be made by money order, personal cheque, or bank transfer.

All products are guarenteed for fourteen days after arrival, so please inspect the item(s) as soon as you recieve them.
If you are not satisfied you payment will be returned when I recieve the items back, minus shipping charges.

In the case of a commission piece, 50% of price will be required before piece will be started.  Time line will be different with each commission depending on the detail of the piece.
